Pricing

The Clutter Whisperer of NYC offers reasonable pricing for expert organizing and staging services. As a no-nonsense doer, I work quickly and efficiently to meet your needs. To discuss your requirements, timing, and pricing, please call me at 212.661.0982. Will try and return all calls same day.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us of any cancellations at least 48 hours in advance of the organizing session. Cancellations made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the cost of one session. If the appointment is canceled on the day of the session or terminated during the session, the cancellation fee is 100%. You can avoid the fee by rebooking and keeping the appointment within 10 business days of the original date. Only one rebook is allowed. The full session fee must be paid at the time of rebooking.
 

Other

*I do not charge a finder’s fee for any money found in your home. :-) The most I ever found was a $13,000 IRS refund check that was never cashed!

Working Relationships
  • I will serve my clients with integrity, competence, and objectivity, treating them with respect and courtesy.

  • I will offer services in areas where I am qualified and will accurately represent those qualifications in both verbal and written communications.

  • When unable or unqualified to fulfill requests for services, I will recommend other qualified professionals.

  • I will advertise my services honestly and represent the organizing profession accurately.


Confidentiality
  • I will keep all client information, both business and personal, confidential, including information revealed by other organizers.

  • I will use proprietary client information only with the client's permission.

  • I will not use client information to benefit myself or my business or reveal this information to others.
 
Fees
  • I will communicate my fees and expenses to clients in advance and will charge fees that are reasonable, legitimate, and commensurate with my experience, the services provided, and the responsibility accepted.

  • I will make recommendations for products and services with my client's best interests in mind.
