How does a family love where they live when it is a small NY apartment?
Before our son was born, Cynthia came and revolutionized our book-filled brownstone one bedroom: we stacked existing shelves and dressers up the wall, stacked clear boxes, hung hooks where I'd never imagined them. She taught us how to look at a room, a cupboard, a wall and think of ways to use it intelligently. These were recommendations with immediate effects, but also skills and techniques we continued to develop on our own.
And now, a few years later, she came again and actually helped me make an extra 18 inches of kitchen counter space! Not to mention, with simple suggestions I could construct myself, more room in closets, more places and ways to stash toys and art supplies. And pretty touches that help us feel better about growing our family in a small space.
This process is personal : Cynthia is a kind, nonjudgmental person, she cares, and she is available for follow up, all reasonably priced. Saved us thousands on moving!
